This is the most popular tour to Pompeii and the Amalfi Coast.
Approximately 1900 years ago, the city of Pompeii, was buried overnight in the ash of a large eruption of Mount Vesuvius, enjoy a two-hour stroll at this ancient Roman ruin.
After sightseeing in Pompeii, head toward Amalfi. With the cliffs under your eyes and the spectacular view of the coastline from the car window, we will guide you to a small town near Amalfi for lunch at a restaurant recommended by the driver. Located west-northwest of Rome, the “Cerveteri and Tarquinia Etruscan Cemetery Ruins” was registered as a UNESCO World Heritage Site in 2004. It is a valuable archaeological site for learning about Etruscan culture. Necropolis is a tomb ruin that means “city of the dead”. This is a tour of two towns with the Necropolis of the Etornian era.
About 1.5 hours after leaving Rome, we will arrive in Tarquinia. We will take you to the National Archaeological Museum in the center of the town and the Monterozzi necropolis on the east side. In contrast to many of the tombs in Cerveteri, which are built like hills above ground, they are built underground. Each tomb has a hut-like entrance, and a vivid and beautiful mural is drawn inside the tomb, which is 3 meters underground.
