We will provide you the emergency number after booking. You can contact us in English or Italian. You can also send a message via WhatsApp or SMS.

Requests for tourist guides and English assistants can be submitted from “Over 3 hours”. All of them are introduced as part of the service to the customers who request them, so there is no brokerage fee. Please pay the fee directly in “cash” after the service is completed.

Regarding the handling of personal information
Personal information such as the e-mail address received at the time of inquiries and reservations will not be used for purposes other than the management of the request itself.
In addition, we will not provide or disclose any of the information to third parties.
